The sun is rising and breakfast is beckoning. We start in the newly built house extension and move outside to early morning calm. When locating terraced areas that take full advantage of morning sunshine we like to show our clients how this will look; clients are able to see the effects of early morning light at work on their design. We have found this to be very helpful in allowing clients to comment on their designs and opens up two-way conversations between designer and client.
